We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning only and any extra cleaning will be charged at $35/hr. The basic cleaning fee does not cover extra time required to return home back to the condition found. This includes, but not limited to: moving furniture back to original locations, extra cleaning for time to: to remove stains, spots, spills, taking trash out, put dishes away, clean oven & stove stop dirtiness, or evidence of a party. Do not move furniture or Sonos sound system. Min $40/hr painting. If you do not checkout on time, you may be charged up to a full nights stay. The studio on the backyard may be rented if an additional 1-2 guests need a room otherwise it does get occasionally rented out. Please inquire. Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restrictions : Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids not allowed.
