Otherwise, walking around "The Point" is common with lots of views of Catalina and the marina, and the famous Paseo Del Mar. Please note: - If checking in after 10 p.m., please let the host know ahead of time. - The backyard enclosed except for the staircase at the driveway doesn’t have a gate. - Pets: please inquire if there will be a pet fee and deposit if the pet is approved. - We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. Updates based on a recent review: The house is stocked with everything that you’ll need but if u need anything else, please give us a chance to review and fulfill the request. The fireplaces do work (living room w lighter from a drawer under microwave & den w light switch). Heat comes from different sources Throughout our house (living room radiant) and the rest is forced. We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning only and any extra cleaning will be charged at $35/hr. The basic cleaning fee does not cover extra time required to return home back to the condition found. This includes, but not limited to: moving furniture back to original locations, extra cleaning for time to: to remove stains, spots, spills, taking trash out, put dishes away, clean oven & stove stop dirtiness, or evidence of a party. Do not move furniture or Sonos sound system. Min $40/hr painting. If you do not checkout on time, you may be charged up to a full nights stay. The studio on the backyard may be rented if an additional 1-2 guests need a room otherwise it does get occasionally rented out. Please inquire. Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restrictions : Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids not allowed.
